This is the time of patience and we need to support govt to fight against corona virus COVID-19 which is non curable disease till then no one is able to find the vaccine of this, so the only method to prevent from corona virus is self distancing and follow LOCKDOWN.
We can reduce the chance of getting sick or fight from this virus through our own body system i.e immune system we should take care of our health and boost our immunity by these methods which can take less time to do and now a days we have more time to do things and mainly do exercise daily and eat fruits and vegetables and take things which is rich in anti-oxidants.
